The everyday reality
The morning routine falls apart.
Meltdowns and conflict are overwhelming
You find yourself repeating the same reminders and lessons
You wonder whether you're helping, enabling, pushing too hard, or not enough.
What's really going on
The truth is that most parents don't need more information.
They need support applying what they already know to the real situations showing up in their home right now.
What could change
Picture a few weeks from now.
The morning routine holds more often than it falls apart. The reminders ease up. And when something new comes up with your child, you're not scrambling alone at 10 p.m.—you know what to try, or you know you'll have somewhere to bring it on Friday.
That's what this is built for.
The 307 Parent Circle is a small group of just six parents who meet weekly for practical coaching, problem-solving, and support.
Each week we'll focus on a specific ADHD topic, connect it to your family's situation, identify what is working, and create realistic strategies you can implement immediately.
This isn't a lecture.
It's a place to think through real challenges with a coach and a group of parents who understand what you're experiencing and apply it with action.
After years of weekly 1:1 coaching, I'm certain of one thing: it's the weekly actions that create momentum. Real change doesn't come from one big session—it comes from showing up, trying something, adjusting, and going again.
This group runs on that same rhythm.

Who you'll be working with
I'm Rebecca Kuhbacher, M.Ed.—founder of 307 ADHD, the Wyoming practice behind this Circle, and an executive ADHD coach. Before coaching, I spent years as a National Board Certified science teacher and department head, so I've spent a long time helping people turn good intentions into systems that actually hold. I've coached clients one-on-one every week for the last three and a half years—so I've watched, up close and repeatedly, what consistent weekly support actually changes. No shame, no hype—just practical support that fits your real family.
Join The Waitlist
The Circle is capped at six parents, and the waitlist gets first choice before enrollment opens to anyone else.
Add your name below. It doesn't commit you to anything—I'll reach out before the next group starts so you can decide then. 😊
