Does this sound like your house?
Every school morning is a scramble: the shoe hunt, the missing backpack, someone yelling, everyone late.
You say it once, twice, ten times, and it still doesn’t get done unless you stand over them.
Evenings fall apart. Homework, dinner, who’s driving where. Every day feels like starting from zero.
You and your partner can’t agree on discipline. One of you is “too soft,” the other is “too strict,” and the kids feel it.
“You lose it, then lie awake replaying it and promising yourself tomorrow will be different.”
You’ve read the books, tried the apps and written out the routines. They work for a week, then fade.
And underneath it all, the thought you don’t say out loud:
“I should be able to handle this. Why can’t I figure it out?”
It’s not a willpower problem. It’s a systems problem.
You’re not inconsistent, and you haven’t failed your family. You’ve been handed strategies and asked to drop them into a home that isn’t set up for an ADHD brain. Yours, your child’s, maybe your partner’s too.
The strategy is maybe 10% of the change. The other 90% is the invisible stuff: what’s actually driving your child’s behavior, two parents pulling in different directions, and a home that only runs when you’re holding it together.
In this masterclass, I’ll show you that 90%.
Five pieces that have to work together for change to last
We’ll walk through one family’s school morning and see exactly where each piece breaks down, and what changes when it’s in place.

Meet Your Coach
Rebecca Kuhbacher M.Ed.
Rebecca is a professionally trained ADHD and executive function coach with thousands of hours directly coaching parents, teens and adults. She came to this work from the classroom, where she earned her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction and spent years as a National Board Certified Teacher and science department head.
She hasn't just coached other families through this—she's lived it in her own home, with her own family. Rebecca is a mother of four in an ADHD household, so she knows that what makes sense on paper still has to work in a real home—through busy mornings, big emotions, and competing needs.
She puts all of it to work helping parents see how ADHD actually shows up in their child—and build practical changes that support their child's long-term success and make daily life better for the whole family.
