We saved you a seat
This afternoon is for you if…

You're tired of surviving and ready to start living.

✓ You constantly feel like you're behind, no matter how hard you work.
✓ You've bought more planners than you'd like to admit.
✓ Your brain never seems to stop thinking.
✓ You overthink decisions or struggle to follow through.
✓ You feel guilty when you rest because there's always something else to do.
✓ You're tired of surviving and ready to start living more intentionally.
✓ You have ADHD, suspect you might, or simply relate to these struggles.

If you found yourself nodding along — we saved you a seat.

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

It's time to look beneath the overwhelm.

The Surface→Source→Shift Method shows you how to move beyond the problem you can see, uncover what's driving it, and stop ending up back where you started.

SURFACE

Get clear on what actually needs your attention.

Instead of trying to fix everything at once—again—you'll identify the one struggle that's costing you the most right now and let the rest wait.

SOURCE

See what's really driving it.

You'll uncover the pattern underneath the overwhelm, overthinking, guilt, overscheduling, or unfinished projects. There's a reason you keep ending up here—and it's not a character flaw.

SHIFT

Know what to do next.

You'll create one small, specific next step that addresses both the problem you can see and what's driving it underneath—built for your actual capacity and your actual life.

AND A LOT LESS...

"I should have it together by now."

Because understanding what's underneath the struggle changes more than your approach to the problem—it changes the way you see yourself in it.

No fresh planner, new app, or personality transplant required.

No awkward icebreakers No one puts you on the spot Share only what you want to Leave lighter than you arrived
THE PART THAT STAYS WITH YOU

You came in trying to catch up.

How you walk out

Clear
You'll finally understand what's really been keeping you stuck. Instead of focusing on the surface problem, we'll help you uncover the patterns beneath it. Through Rebecca's Surface → Source → Shift framework—supported by Heidi's therapeutic perspective—you'll gain practical insight, emotional understanding, and a realistic path forward. Most importantly, you'll leave knowing you're not broken...and you're not alone.
Connected
There's something powerful about realizing you're not the only one. Whether you choose to share or simply listen, you'll be surrounded by women who understand—and you'll reconnect one week later to keep encouraging one another as you move forward.
Equipped
You'll leave with more than ideas—you'll leave with a plan. Together, we'll identify one area that's creating the most friction, uncover the hidden pattern driving it, and create a practical next step that addresses both the surface problem and what's underneath it. It's a different approach than simply trying harder, and one you can start using right away.
Empowered
Change doesn't happen because you found the perfect planner or finally became more disciplined. It starts when you understand yourself—and what's actually driving the patterns you keep getting stuck in. Through the Surface → Source → Shift™ Method and your guided workbook, you'll work through one real challenge and build a plan that addresses both the surface and the source. You'll leave with more than insight—you'll have evidence that you can understand what's happening, choose what matters, and take the next step. That's how self-trust starts to grow.
