1-on-1 Coaching Is For You If...
You're ready for focused, personalized support that meets you where you are.
You are tired of white-knuckling your way through tasks, deadlines, and daily life — and ready for strategies that actually stick
You have so much potential and so many ideas—but things just aren’t clicking
You watch videos, read posts, and think “that makes so much sense”—but nothing is actually changing in your life
Your emotions feel intense or hard to regulate—and it’s affecting your relationships, follow-through, or sense of confidence
You need someone who understands ADHD beyond “have you tried a to-do list?”—and can help you uncover the patterns behind what’s not working
You’re ready to stop starting over—and create change that actually sticks
How It Works
Simple, focused, and designed to create real change.
1
We Meet
60-minute sessions where I meet you exactly where you are. We dig into what's working and what's not — then we take action together, right on the call. I teach strategies while we're doing them, not just talking about them. You leave clearer, more confident, and already in motion.
2
You Implement
Every session ends with clear, personalized action for you to take between session.
No vague intentions.
No abstract goals.
Just simple, concrete actions you know exactly how to follow through on—
with the right supports in place to make it actually happen.
3
We Reinforce the Shift
Between sessions, you execute. You take the actions we built together and text me along the way — for accountability, for problem-solving, for celebrating wins. You're not waiting until next week to figure it out. You've got someone in your corner right now.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
She brings structure and accountability while remaining incredibly warm, personable, and easy to open up to. Shame is such a heavy part of the ADHD experience, and Rebecca creates a completely nonjudgmental space where it finally feels safe to learn, try, and grow.

MEET YOUR COACH
Before becoming a professional ADHD coach, Rebecca spent years as a National Board Certified science teacher in Campbell County—one of the most rigorous teaching credentials in education. She holds a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor of Science, and has spent over 3 years coaching adults to understand their ADHD brains, break patterns that don't work, and build the consistency and confidence to thrive.
Her work goes beyond surface-level strategies. Rebecca helps clients understand why things aren’t working—so they can stop starting over and begin creating real, lasting change.
She also knows this experience from the inside. As someone who has navigated these patterns personally and as a mom of four, including children with ADHD, she understands how overwhelming it can feel when you know what to do—but can’t seem to follow through.
Her coaching is practical, honest, and focused on what actually works in real life—so you can move from frustrated and stuck to clear, confident, and consistent.
