Rebecca Kuhbacher, founder of
307 ADHD
Rebecca Kuhbacher, M.Ed., is the founder of 307 ADHD. Before founding her practice, she spent years in education as a National Board Certified secondary science teacher, department head, mentor teacher, and school leadership team member — experience that grounds every training in the realities of a working classroom.
As an Executive ADHD Coach with over 2,500 hours of experience, she helps teens, adults, and families with executive functioning, emotional regulation, motivation, and follow-through. Her trainings give educators a practical understanding of ADHD and behavior, with realistic strategies staff can apply immediately. Rebecca has presented for the Wyoming Counseling Association and trains schools, parents, and community organizations across Wyoming and surrounding areas.
