What if you could stop reacting to your life...and start actually choosing it?
You’re capable. You care deeply. You probably know a lot about what you “should” be doing.
And yet, so much of life feels like responding to whatever needs you next.
There’s always too much to do, remember, decide, and manage. You make a plan—and the day goes sideways. You say yes, then wonder how you’ll possibly fit it in. You know you need boundaries, but saying no comes with guilt.
And when you finally get a little time for yourself? You’re often too depleted to enjoy it.
Somewhere underneath all of it is the frustrating thought:
I should be better at this by now.
ADHD can show up in your life in ways that aren’t always obvious.
The Grounded Woman Program
Is For You If...
You’re capable—but constantly overwhelmed.
There’s always more to do, remember, manage, and decide than you have capacity for.
You know what you “should” do—but that doesn’t mean it happens.
Getting started, following through, managing your time, and creating consistent routines are harder than they seem like they should be.
You have a hard time deciding what actually matters most.
Everything feels important, your brain has 47 tabs open, and it’s difficult to know what deserves your time and energy.
You keep saying yes to a life you can’t possibly fit into.
You get excited, take things on, or put everyone else first—and then find yourself overbooked, depleted, and wondering how you got here again.
Your emotions, guilt, or other people’s needs can override your plans.
You want better boundaries, more consistency, and less reactivity—but knowing what to do and actually doing it are two different things.
You don’t just want to manage life better. You want to enjoy it.
You want enough space, energy, and confidence to know what you want—and to build more of your life around it.
How Each Session Works
The Surface→ Source→Shift Method
Most strategies only address what you can see. Every session we have together, goes further, we solve the problem in front of you and the pattern driving it, so you stop fixing the same thing over and over.
1
Surface
You show up with your real life—the stress, the stuck points, whatever's tangled up that week. You don't need to arrive with it figured out. Together we look at the mess and find the thread to pull: the one thing worth moving on first.
2
Source
Then we go deeper. We look at what's actually driving the pattern—not the surface symptom, but the why underneath it. This is the part you haven't gotten from another video or to-do list. When you understand what's really creating the stuck point, it stops running the show.
3
Shift
We turn that understanding into one clear action—and take it on the call together, not just talk about it. Then you practice it between sessions, whether it's a mental habit, a communication change, or something concrete in your day. You've got text support along the way, so you actually follow through instead of white-knuckling it alone until next week.

MEET YOUR COACH
Before becoming a professional ADHD coach, Rebecca spent years as a National Board Certified Teacher—one of the most rigorous teaching credentials in education. She holds a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor of Science, and has spent thousands of hours coaching adults to understand their ADHD brains, break patterns that don't work, and build the consistency and confidence to thrive.
Her work goes beyond surface-level strategies. Rebecca helps clients understand why things aren’t working—so they can stop starting over and begin creating real, lasting change.
She also knows this from the inside. Having navigated these same patterns herself, she understands how overwhelming it feels to know exactly what to do—and still not follow through. (She's also a mom of four in an ADHD household, so she's seen it from every angle.)
Her coaching is practical, honest, and focused on what actually works in real life—so you can move from frustrated and stuck to clear, confident, and consistent.
What We're Building
Everyone’s path looks different. Over six months, we’ll focus on the areas that matter most to you and build skills through small, intentional changes practiced in your real life.
CLEAR PRIORITIES
Knowing what matters right now—and what can wait, change, or come off your plate.
CONSISTENT FOLLOW-THROUGH
Building the skills to start, continue, and finish what matters, even when motivation changes.
STRONGER BOUNDARIES
Learning to say no, ask for what you need, and work through the guilt or discomfort that can come with it.
EMOTIONAL REGULATION
Understanding your emotional patterns and practicing ways to pause, regulate, and respond more intentionally.
AN INTENTIONAL LIFE
Planning around your actual capacity and creating structure that supports the life you want to live.
MORE SELF-TRUST
Making decisions with less second-guessing, recovering when things don't go as planned, and trusting yourself to figure out what comes next.
SPACE FOR YOU
Creating room for rest, fun, relationships, interests, and the parts of yourself that can get lost when you're always managing what's next.
CLEAR COMMUNICATION
Communicating what you need, navigating difficult conversations, and creating more clarity and connection in the relationships that matter most.
Six Months of Personalized Support
The Grounded Woman Program is 24, 1-1 coaching sessions designed to give us the time, support, and repetition to create change in your real life—not just talk about it.
24, 1-1 Coaching Sessions
60 minutes each · Weekly for six months
Every session is built around what's happening in your life right now. We identify what matters most, understand what's getting in the way, and take action together.
Phone or Video—You Choose
Coaching is virtual and flexible. Meet by video, talk by phone, take a walk while we meet—whatever helps coaching fit into your actual life.
Action Together, Every Session
We don't just talk about what you should do. We'll prioritize the list, work through the decision, plan the week, write the script, create the boundary, or whatever is needed to take the first step together.
Text Check-Ins & Accountability
A simple way to keep your intentions from disappearing once the call ends. Check in by text as you practice your skill or follow through on your action for the week. And if I haven't heard from you? I'll check in with you. Because building follow-through is part of the work—not something you have to master before you get here.
Personalized Tools & Communication Scripts
When helpful, we'll create simple tools and language for the situations you're actually navigating—from boundaries and difficult conversations to planning, routines, and decision-making.
Small, Real-Life Practice
No giant homework assignments. Between sessions, you'll practice small skills, habits, or shifts we've chosen together—then we'll learn from what happened and build from there.
Crisis Coaching Call
When something significant comes up and you need more support than a text can provide, you'll have access to an additional crisis coaching call during the program.
