You have the ADHD diagnosis.
Maybe your child even has an IEP or accommodations at school.
So why does home still feel like such a battle?
Diagnosis is the just the first step. Knowing your child has ADHD is not the same as knowing how to handle it.
ADHD shows up differently in each child. Understanding exactly how ADHD is showing up in your child, your parenting, and how its disrupting your home is something entirely different.
That's where we start.
Together, we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s actually driving the struggles you’re seeing… From morning routines and late homework to emotional blow-ups, repeated reminders and power struggles.
Then we build practical strategies around your child, your parenting style and your family — so you’re not just managing today’s behavior. You’re helping your child build the skills and independence they’ll need long term.
Personalized ADHD parent coaching helps you understand what’s driving your child’s behavior, reduces the power struggles, and create routines and communication that actually work for your family and stick around in the long run to make REAL change possible.
Then we turn that understanding into change; —shaping your systems, communication, and responses to help your child succeed, build skills, and grow in confidence.
Because when you stop simply managing the behavior you can see and start addressing what's underneath it, you don't just change today's behavior, you change the whole story.
You change how your family functions...and what your child learns about themselves along the way.
This is the work we do inside the Thriving Family Program.

How It Works
Not another parenting class.
Not another list of strategies to try.
We take what's happening in your home and work on it together—building the communication, systems, skills, and family environment that your family needs.
We don't just talk about what you could do.
We implement it together, see what happens in real life, and adjust until it works.
1
We Meet
In our 75-minute sessions, we look at how ADHD is actually showing up in your child and your home—what’s working, where you’re getting stuck, and what’s driving the struggles you keep seeing.
Together, we connect the dots and determine what your child and family need next.
Not ADHD in theory. Your child. Your home. Your next steps.
2
We Make It Real
We turn what we uncover into a clear plan—and start putting it into action together during the session. You continue implementing it at home between sessions.
You leave knowing exactly what to do next.
And the change is already underway.
3
We Make It Stick
You continue putting the plan into action between sessions, with text support and accountability to help you follow through. At our next session, we look at what worked, troubleshoot what didn’t, and adjust as needed.
You’re not left with a plan and good intentions.
We keep working it until it works in real life.
"Shame is such a powerful part of ADHD, and Rebecca is so skilled at providing a nonjudgmental space. She truly has changed relationships in our family for the better. Things that once felt enormous or impossible to change are easily managed."- Mom of 2
Meet Your Coach
Rebecca Kuhbacher M.Ed.
Rebecca is a professionally trained ADHD and executive function coach with thousands of hours directly coaching parents, teens and adults. She came to this work from the classroom, where she earned her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction and spent years as a National Board Certified Teacher and science department head.
She hasn't just coached other families through this—she's lived it in her own home, with her own family. Rebecca is a mother of four in an ADHD household, so she knows that what makes sense on paper still has to work in a real home—through busy mornings, big emotions, and competing needs.
She puts all of it to work helping parents see how ADHD actually shows up in their child—and build practical changes that support their child's long-term success and make daily life better for the whole family.
